AIM Commencement 2013

All 2013 AIM graduates, family and friends of graduates, faculty, and alumni are cordially invited to attend the UO Summer Commencement ceremony and AIM Graduation Luncheon, scheduled on Saturday, August 17. We are looking forward to these benchmark events, and we hope you will attend!

Let us know how many people to expect in your party and which events you'll be attending. (Please be as specific as possible as to how many in your group will be attending each separate event.)

AIM Graduation Luncheon

(In case of rain, the luncheon will be held at the Baker Downtown Center, 975 High Street, Eugene.)

Directions and Parking

For directions to the University of Oregon, visit the main UO website.

In late July or early August, we will post a current campus map showing available parking lots and construction areas.

Regalia

You can order online, in person, or by phone using a credit card. Please note that online registration will not be available until late June, after the spring commencement ceremonies are completed. If you order by phone, it is important to mention that you are in an online master's degree program and unable to come into the store as you do not reside in Eugene.

Our contact at the bookstore is Stacy Miller, 541-346-4331. It is easier and faster to reach her via e-mail, smiller@uoregon.edu. We strongly recommend that you place your phone order directly with Stacy. If you encounter any issues, please speak with us first before trying to take care of it with another staff member in the bookstore.

There will be a small shipping and handling fee for phone orders not picked up at the DuckStore.

Lodgings

If you are coming from out of town and need to stay overnight, a list of local hotels is available from the Convention and Visitors Association of Lane County Oregon.
