All 2017 AIM graduates, family and friends of graduates, faculty, and alumni are cordially invited to attend the AIM Graduation Luncheon, scheduled on Monday, June 19. We are looking forward to these benchmark events, and we hope you will attend!
Students finishing the program in winter or summer terms in 2017 can participate in the UO Commencement ceremony and the AIM Graduation Luncheon.
Please RSVP for the AIM Graduation Luncheon no later than June 2 by sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 800-824-2714. Let us know how many people to expect in your party and which events you'll be attending. There is a limit of 8 guests per graduate, not including children 8 years and under. If your guest list is slighter larger, please contact us for additional arrangements. Please be as specific as possible as to how many in your group will be attending. We would also like first and last names and each person’s relation to you for our guest list.
All graduates are encouraged to participate wearing regalia.

Graduating students are welcome to participate in the main UO graduate parade and commencement ceremony. Due to limited capacity, graduates will need to register to reserve a seat at the University Commencement Ceremony and tickets will be required for guests. For details, visit the university commencement site. Tickets are not required for the AIM Graduation Luncheon.

We encourage all students to participate wearing regalia. Regalia can be shipped to you (for a fee) or sent to any Duck Store for pick up. If you are in the Eugene area, you can order graduation packages during Grad Fair April 10-13. Regalia can be ordered online through the Duck Store starting March 27th.

If you or members of your family need accommodations for the ceremony, such as accessible seating/parking or sign language interpreters, please contact AIM staff at email@example.com or 800-824-2714 by Friday, June 2, 2017. Any requests made after that day may not be able to be accommodated.
If you are coming from out of town and need to stay overnight, a list of local hotels is available from the Convention and Visitors Association of Lane County Oregon.
AIM Director, Dr. Kara McFall, AIM Professor of Practice Kelly Brown, and AIM staff hosted the 2016 graduates, family members, and friends on the Pioneer Father Lawn for individual recognition, food, and conversation. Dr. McFall presented the Capstone Award to Dan Whitinger for his Capstone paper entitled Engaging Alumni to Increase Charitable Donations to their University.
