Refund Schedule

If you drop an AIM Program course, we will refund tuition as follows:

Core Courses

  • 100% if course dropped up to or on the fourth day of class (week one)
  • 75% if course dropped the fifth through the ninth days of class (weeks one–two)
  • 50% if course dropped the tenth through the fifteenth days of class (weeks two–three)
  • 25% if course dropped the sixteenth through the eighteenth days of class (week three)
  • 0% if course dropped the nineteenth through the thirty-fifth days of class (weeks three-six)
  • Last day to drop a core course is on the thirty-fifth day of class (week four)

Short Courses

  • 100% if course dropped up to or on the second day of class (week one)
  • 75% if course dropped the third through the fourth days of class (week one)
  • 50% if course dropped the fifth through the eighth day of class (weeks one–two)
  • 25% if course dropped the ninth through the tenth days of class (week two)
  • 0% if course dropped the eleventh through the eighteenth days of class (weeks two-three)
  • Last day to drop a short course is on the eighteenth day of class (week three)

All courses begin on a Monday, thus each class week runs seven days, from Monday–Sunday.

This refund schedule goes into effect starting Summer 2016.

Fees for Electronic Articles

If you drop a course after the date an electronic article was ordered for you, you will still be responsible for paying the fee.
