Tim Williams leads the Healthgrades' team designing and creating the industry's most comprehensive health relationship management platform. Combining Healthgrades' market and business intelligence, marketing communications capabilities, and clinical communication platform, healthcare professionals can identify populations at risk and engage them via multichannel outreach and education campaigns to improve overall health outcomes.
Williams previously served as chief operating officer of Sesame Communications, a CRM and digital marketing provider in the dental industry. Prior to that he held positions leading product development and product marketing efforts at R H Donnelley, The Regence Group, and Northwest Evaluation Association. He also worked in human resources for Target Corporation and US West. Williams has owned and operated three businesses, one an online marketing consulting service and two that were focused on the agricultural industry.
