Luckey is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience building high-performing IT organizations, directing complex project portfolios, and executing comprehensive digital transformations. He has overseen the successful implementation of major strategic business initiatives and numerous enterprise systems. He also has a distinct passion for creating value through technology innovation, which was publicly recognized in 2015 when VTM Group, where Travis had worked for over 10 years and held the top IT position, was recognized in CIO Magazine’s 28th annual CIO 100 Awards.

Luckey is currently the Chief Information Officer at the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and has previously held technology leadership positions at Stumptown Coffee Roasters, ZOOM+Care, FHC Property Management and VTM Group. In addition to his professional experience, he has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, a Master’s of Science in Applied Information Management from the University of Oregon, and certifications in ITIL, Information Security, and Agile Scrum project management.

Outside of work, Luckey is a father of two and enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, all things culinary, and spending time with his family.

The Applied Information Management Master's Degree is an Interdisciplinary Studies program through the Graduate School.
