Miriam Rigby has been the anthropology, sociology, and ethnic studies subject specialist librarian at the University of Oregon (UO) since 2008. Her responsibilities include providing extensive research consultation and instruction services for faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students. Rigby provides research services in-person and virtually, manages the collections for her subject areas, and heads the collection development group for all of the social sciences. She has also taught and co-taught a variety of for-credit, research-focused courses for the UO's undergraduate population.
