Refund Schedule
If you drop an AIM Program course, we will refund tuition as follows:
Core Courses
- 100% if course dropped prior to the first day of class
- 90% if course dropped during the first week of class
- 50% if course dropped during the second week of class
- 0% if course dropped beginning of the third week of class or thereafter
Short Courses
- 100% if course dropped at least two business days prior to the first day of class
- 90% if course dropped prior to the second day of class
- 50% if course dropped between the second and seventh days of class
- 0% if course dropped beginning of the second week of class or thereafter
Reading Packets
If you drop a course after the date a reading packet was prepared for you, you may still be responsible for paying for the reading packet.
