David Ryan is transition manager for Xerox Global Services and provides operations management and technical support for major Fortune 100 technology, aerospace, and IT organizations to implement managed print, document, and enhanced business process solutions. As a trusted advisor and embedded consultant within the client's organization, he leverages enhanced technologies to create value added solutions, maximizes cost savings and efficiencies, and uses Lean and Six Sigma approaches to bring in projects ahead of schedule and below budget, benefitting both Xerox and clients' organizations.
A 2001 graduate of the AIM Program, David went on to earn a Ph.D. in organization and management with a specialization in IT management.
David holds a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Xerox and has led several process improvement DMAIC and DMEDI projects with over $800,000 of documented cost savings. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (pmi.org) and ITILv3 Foundations certification. He attended the Emerging Leaders Program at the Center for Creative Leadership and has held several key management positions with Xerox supporting major clients such as Intel, Microsoft, Cisco, Northrop Grumman, and Boeing.
David lives outside of Redmond, WA.
